After having given three class sessions last year, I will start a new dance course in UrbanRaum this Spring/Sumer where I will mix different elements from modern contemporary dance.
The Course is open to everyone, with or without previous dance experience.
The Summer session will include 10 weekly classes. Every class starts with breathing exercises and yoga elements. This is followed by floor and release teaching elements, and then moves on to exercises based on Limon Technik principles.
Throughout the course we will work on a combination that we will build on every week. It is therefore recommended that participants take the course as a whole, although but dropping in is always possible.
