On this workshop we’ll start with a warming up focused on the skeleton’s alignment and the specific muscle strength we need to get in motion, continuing with a training based on the Folkwang DanceTechnique, enriched by elements of Limon and Alexander Technique we will fill the room with flowing movement changing levels and textures. Departing with this base and complementing the work with improvisation and “decision making” exercises we will create short choreographies (“Microchoreography”) aiming to perform them at the end of the workshop.
