Eine Veranstaltung, die im Abstand von 1 Woche(n) um 20:00 Uhr am Montag stattfindet und unbegrenzt wiederholt wird.

with Anna Rose & Peti Costa & Tobi Portella
A class to explore and discover different practices and tools based on the ideas and principles behind FM Practice*, and learn a little more about ourselves through interaction with other bodies and experiences.
Everything around and inside us is always changing. Fighting Monkey practice is a quest for a practice that prepares us for a reality of constant change and unpredictability, a match to the complexity of daily life and its challenges?
We test our memory, speed, cooperative skills, coordination, and decision making when not everything goes as planned.
We will provide guidelines on how to promote the health of the spine and other joints, and connective tissue in various contexts. We also explore how we can become more versatile in our approach to a personal practice that supports our health and wellness, and an active, productive, and happy longevity.
We focus on active learning through problem solving. To learn how we learn and how to build relational patterns and foster autonomy and self-expression.
The class is open to anyone interested in playing and learning about human movement.
*FM practice is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication and the ageing process.
