DESCRIPTION:With Elizaveta Poliakova. \nClasses are based on dynamic improvisations and technical sequences. The emphasis is on strong physicality\, clarity and imagination. The sequences include a story or poem behind the movements and aim to have you fully engage your body and mind.\nImprovisation exercises will explore how strong and clear physicality can change the state of your mind\, how to bring your imagination into clear form\, and how to let your imagination fly through your body. We will develop technique\, flexibility\, musicality\, creativity\, presence and let the joy of movement and expression shine through! \n\nYou can register via USC or email. If you don’t have USC\, you can pay between 10 and 20 euros by cash or transfer the payment.
